I came from a Fortune 10 company - working with multi-million-dollar businesses on the regular - to running a six-figure invitation design and education firm. I've educated tens of thousands of creative entrepreneurs on how to run successful businesses in many fields, with a focus on wedding industry creatives. My goal is to overturn the "starving artist" trope and show everyone who's ever asked "But what do you do *for money*?" just how successful a business in the arts can be! This course was created to provide a full roadmap on how to start a profitable, stable wedding invitation business from the ground up - I'm basically covering everything you're going to need to start booking high-value clients and producing invitations with ease.

Module 1 content is available immediately. You will receive one new module every week on Monday for 6 weeks.
There will be sections of content that apply solely to the US (setting up a business, postage, most vendors, etc.). I believe there will still be significant value for designers outside of the US, but please contact me if you have any specific questions!
You'll have lifetime access to your course content as long as the course is active.
Honestly, this course is aimed at beginners. If you are an intermediate/advanced designer, feel free to contact me if you have questions. I have resources available for all levels, but this course is designed for beginners.
From Start to Suite is a foundational course that will take you through modules in a cohesive manner that builds on itself as it goes. You’ll start with business topics and move through design and production from beginning to end. It’s designed with true beginners in mind.
I like to think of Stationery School as “continuing education” for stationers. It includes shorter standalone lessons on lots of topics, and you can “choose your own adventure”. Most lessons assume a certain level of knowledge about the industry.
In my (totally unbiased) opinion, From Start to Suite is perfect for true beginners, and then Stationery School is a good way to keep learning after you’ve taken From Start to Suite! Or a good place to dive in if you’re already familiar with the workings of a stationery business.
